I'm having a blast on my trip!

Body is feeling stronger. No aches, no pains, My body shape is improving rapidly. Legs are getting toner, waist is coming in. I love it!!

I've lost 6 1/2 lbs in 9 days. Pretty happy about that! Enjoying the workouts you post as well as "One and Done!"

Thunder & Lightening storms rolled through Portland, Oregon last night and are continuing this morning! Blue skies abound throughout the rumbling, the birds are singing happily, the dog is hiding in my closet. Life is entertaining!

CELEBRATE MY SONS BIRTHDAY TODAY.

Ummm...it's Thursday?!

Meeting friends!

Wow...I'm sore all over from the work outs..but it's such a great feeling because now I know , soon I will have the body I once had..Taking that first step to be healthy is very impowering..so....smile through the pain... πŸ™‚ thanks Meredith !!!

My birthday was yesterday. I have started my One&Done! I am feeling determined! I taught myself to walk again, and dress myself. This year I'm going to be the best ME!

Can finally bend over at the waist and put my hands flat on the floor. πŸ™‚Started walking the track at the local high school, 8 times around is 2 miles but I'm working on more.

I’ve been doing mere’s excercise to get rid of back fatβ€” 25 in the morning, and 25 at night. Thanks Mere!

Surf’s Up πŸ„πŸ½β€β™€οΈ All week Woohooo! Abs are looking flatter due to new workouts πŸ’ͺ🏽 YAAAASS πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

I took the stairs 26 floors and was not sore the next day 😁

physio people are awesome!!!

My husband got back from his trip last night.

Walked my doggie Mae before it rained after work.

Feeling so much better than yesterday, stomach was killing me! Having a green smoothie now! 😊

had my last physiotherapy for rotator cuff and knee. Yahoo!. Now to get

Its Thursday, so coming in late w a comment, but today is my Friday! 😁 I m not on call for the next 3 days! πŸ‘ I am tired but I feel great, can’t decide on treadmill or elliptical for 30 m tonight.

I have been traveling to Mt. Kilimanjaro for the past 40 hours 😫 😫 !!!

Sitting for that long made me think of my two favorite SITTING exercsies... Super simple SUPER qiuck.

You can do these if you:
πŸ‘‰ Have a long commute to work
πŸ‘‰Sit a lot throughout the day
πŸ‘‰Are on an airplane

You can also do this periodically through the day to keep your core actived and your back protected!

This is excellent, there is actually a syndrome involving blood clots and strokes for riding long hours in a long distance flight: exercize recommended. Here is some exercize.

I did these with you. Great tips for sitting, recently went on vacation & was stuck in airport & planes for 11+ hrs. would have been good to use these, thanks Mere

Wow... great isometric exercises! I did them along with you and they're really effective. I've got a long trip coming up soon and sitting on planes for 12 hours is the worst. This will help me get through it! Thanks!

I love these quick HIT exercises. I could not believe how much my heart rate increased so quickly. Great for me as I don't like doing long exercise routines. These I can do 3 or 4 (or more) times a day. I feel good and sleep better now.

Thank you! I love these! Followed along and look forward to putting into practice while doing office workπŸ™Œ Recently experienced low back pain during fam vacay so doing extra stretching and walking to stay loose and these felt soooo good. Thank youπŸ™Œ
