How about almonds? I love the roasted and lightly salted ones but I feel like I could eat a whole bag 😳 how many can I have as a snack?

Why not grab an apple instead?

💚🙏 I love your program. I did 5 sets. I really like this and felt it overall. I def could use more like these. For me, getting up and down into other positions is still and issue. With these one minute videos... I feel I can stop whatever I’m doing throughout my day and go for it. I call them my #exerciseoftheday 👏✌️

Amazing workout! It raced my heart, I broke out into a sweat, and on the 5th set I could feel my legs, my obliques, my arms, my whole entire body working! Amazing!

Is there an exercise that helps to stretch the back of the ankles to the heel? I do traditional calf raises before I walk but hard to target that area and it always feels tight and sometimes hurts until I get moving. TIA

Do you have exercises to relax the feet and lower legs after walking?

I have been practically immobile after injuring myself repeatedly several years ago so low impact high intensity is perfect! Did 5 rounds. Appreciate the detailed instruction you give. Thanks for getting me off my tail bone this morning!
