I have been traveling to Mt. Kilimanjaro for the past 40 hours 😫 😫 !!!

Sitting for that long made me think of my two favorite SITTING exercsies... Super simple SUPER qiuck.

You can do these if you:

πŸ‘‰Are on an airplane

You can also do this periodically through the day to keep your core actived and your back protected!

This is excellent, there is actually a syndrome involving blood clots and strokes for riding long hours in a long distance flight: exercize recommended. Here is some exercize.

I did these with you. Great tips for sitting, recently went on vacation & was stuck in airport & planes for 11+ hrs. would have been good to use these, thanks Mere

Wow... great isometric exercises! I did them along with you and they're really effective. I've got a long trip coming up soon and sitting on planes for 12 hours is the worst. This will help me get through it! Thanks!

I love these quick HIT exercises. I could not believe how much my heart rate increased so quickly. Great for me as I don't like doing long exercise routines. These I can do 3 or 4 (or more) times a day. I feel good and sleep better now.

Thanks for the simple to do knee exercise!

That might be a little bit hard for me. I can't go all the way down. I have bilateral meniscus tear and a left knee cap not centered. I do a mini squat maybe going down to inches. I used to do a lot of hiking/camping, 14ers till last fall when I had my injuries. Slow healing. Trying to get into physical therapy.

Where do I go for the channels?

When you are saying go off the heel which heel are you speaking about?

I have had 2 total knee replacements I am going to try this cause I feel as you said help the back of my legs n pray it does 😊

I do have to say I love being barefoot, but I just grabbed these killer New Balance trail runners and they are awesome!

Nike metcons alllll day for lifting!!! My BF had the green ones custom made for me and the back says β€œGoal Digger” 😍😍😍

Very nice shoes! I tend to pick Asaic because they have the most padding. I take a lot of group fitness classes at the gym and my feet love the support.

No one's on someone else's feet...lets be honest! Just kidding. Sketchers fan.

I'm loyal to Nike I have small feet wear kids size

Those are some great shoes. When I'm not talking a class. I like to workout with no shoes. I wear five finger socks. So, when I'm doing a balanced move I can feel my whole foot. I'd go barefoot. But, not at the gym ever.

I wear specialized shoes and they weigh a ton, so none

Any pair of Ryka tennis shoes are perfect! Made by women for women!
